Reflexologist Reiki and Holistic Facial Therapist in Crawley Down, West Sussex

Hi, my name is Lou and I am passionate about holistic therapies and learning about our own ability to self heal.  As soon as I had my first reflexology treatment I just knew it was something I had to learn to enable me to help others.

Reflexology quickly became my passion, allowing others to ​understand the intricate nature of our bodies and minds and how they connect, and how with gentle encouragement, we can enable the body to nurture and heal itself holistically.

After qualifying I spent some time volunteering at charity events and hospices, giving those who may not have been able to access complementary therapies the chance to experience the benefits, as well as gaining invaluable experience myself.

After a short time I embarked on a journey into the wonderful world of Reiki which has its origins in Japan. Reiki is a wonderfully subtle healing modality and one of my favourites that I have come across.  I use it regularly as part of my own self care routine and have also recently become attuned to Angelic Reiki.

I use my own practice in meditation, visualisation and crystal energy to aid relaxation in my clients and they often comment on how calm and meditative a treatment makes them feel. 

 

​All treatments take place in a tranquil treatment room at my home in Crawley Down, West Sussex which I share with my partner. I am within easy reach of East Grinstead, Turners Hill, Forest Row, Lingfield, Crawley, Horsham and Horley.
