"I've had the reflexology and the reiki. I was really surprised by the effects of both.
The reflexology was really relaxing and just the right pressure for tired feet. Lou could tell what aches and pains I'd been having just from touching the soles of my feet and so could focus on these areas. It was very professional too so I did not feel weird about someone touching my feet. The reiki was incredible!! It was my first ever reiki and I didn't know what to expect. I went into a deep meditative relaxed state and had a very unique experience which I really did not expect. I felt so peaceful for a week after and slept so well.
Highly recommend both. Especially with the sole healer. It's a vocation for Louisa, she knows her stuff but still keeps an open mind so you can relax and go with the flow"
